Shipping Details for E-Books

All of our e-books are downloadable directly after payment
procedures are completed at PayPal's secure site. You will be
directed to the download page.

Once your transaction is completed PayPal will confirm to both
yourself and Oakwood Grafix sales department that
your payment has been processed and your account debited.

Our e-books are in .zip files which are password protected. This is to
stop software thieves from stealing the software we sell.
On the download page enter your e-mail address and
order number and send it off to us. The password to unlock
the .zip file will be sent directly to your inbox.

We deeply regret having to password protect our e-books
and hope this does not deter you from placing an
order/orders with us, we greatly value your custom.
